Cancellation & No-Show Policy • 24-Hour Notice Required – If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours) – Will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-Shows – Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Late Arrivals – If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. • Same-Day Reschedules – Treated as a late cancellation and subject to the 50% fee. • No Refunds for deposits.
